Our stay left us really disappointed and uncomfortable. The apartment didn't look like the booking photos, and basic things weren't working. The toilet seat was broken, and there was a used, dirty towel in the bathroom drawer. The wardrobe felt unstable, with a broken piece left lying around, while the bed's headboard was scratched and peeling and the walls were dirty and marked up. We raised these points with our contact person, but got no reply. The place also felt far too expensive for its condition. I wish we'd read the reviews more carefully before booking. Don't book this.

The rooms were clean, but dealing with management was awful. It's hard to find the place, with no sign or clear directions, and it's about a 35-minute bus ride from downtown. They didn't seem willing to listen to requests or requirements. As a first-time international visitor to Cagliari, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better choices.

The place was clean, but so noisy that we couldn't open a window and get some sleep. Finding it took us 15 minutes of wandering because there was no sign on the building. When we called, they asked us to send ID scans by WhatsApp, which we don't use, so we couldn't do that. Sending ID scans feels risky and is advised against in the EU. They had also messaged us through booking.com about the scans and the key code, but only two hours before we arrived. We don't check our booking account while traveling, so we hadn't seen that we needed to send IDs to get the entry code. The customer service felt careless and very unprofessional.

Maria was exceptionally helpful when I spoke with her, and I'll certainly book here again. The room had a comfortable bed, good quality linen, and a reasonably sized fridge.

It's a nice, modern condo apartment. Be sure to get the check-in details in advance, though. Management should be more proactive on check-in day.
