Being surrounded by nature gave the venue such a relaxing feel, and the outdoor aperitif and dessert area was decorated with lovely attention to detail. The food was delicious, and the chef had clearly put thought into the menu, including a traditional dish from the groom's region. The woman serving our table was super attentive. It was the first wedding held here, just a few days ago, and we had a great time. I would put a little money into the rooms' decor and furniture so they match the beautiful outdoor space. The main hiccups were with dinner service and clearing up later on. Because of where their table was, the bride and groom's parents were usually the last to get their food. Service was a bit disorganized too, with some people at a table eating while others were still waiting and the waiters had moved on elsewhere. Ideally, they would finish serving one table before starting another. Near the end of the night, full wine and liquor glasses were sometimes cleared if you left them alone for even a moment. I understand they eventually need to clean up, but it didn't feel great. Both things seem easy to fix, and I would absolutely recommend the place. There are also loads of cute animals around, including my favorite, grumpy cat's cousin.

The hosts were so kind, sorted out what we needed, and gave us tips for trips around the area. Our room was simple and cozy, with everything we needed. The farm grows and makes everything itself, and the food is home-style and excellent. There are cows, chickens, pigs, goats, horses, donkeys, and peacocks. It feels like an old-fashioned, magical farm and a paradise for children. There's also a lovely ropes park on the farm, a great attraction for kids. We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it.

I was in Cagnano Varano for two nights for a project KO meeting. The people here were very friendly, and since there was no taxi available, they drove me into the city.
