We spent three nights here and loved the view from this beautiful part of town. The property is distinctive, very well kept, and has all the comforts we needed. Salvatore was kind and helpful, and his tips made our three days around Taormina fantastic. Getting there with a large car can be tricky, as the access isn’t suitable for one. We parked in the little square a few meters away and had no trouble reaching the property on foot. Highly recommended, and thanks, Salvatore 🙌🏻

The room was small, and its only light came through a little window with no curtain. I need a dark room to sleep, so that didn’t work for me. The property itself was clean. Its position at the top of the village is scenic, but getting there by car is a real hassle, especially in a medium or large rental. The lanes are extremely narrow, and there’s a risk of damaging the car. You can park in the small square in the village center and walk, but carrying luggage uphill is hard. The B&B should make these access issues clearer in its location description.

The small square outside the B&B has a lovely view over town and the church dedicated to "Jesus and Mary." Inside, the room is simple and has what you need. It’s welcoming enough, though not somewhere with grand pretensions. The room’s natural light comes partly through two green glass vases set in a fake green bush, an ingenious but odd feature that gives the morning light a green tint. A small side window brings in a little more light. The shower’s black curtains look a bit out of place against the otherwise all-white decor. The difficult part is reaching the B&B. Its location in Calatabiano’s historic center means driving through a maze of narrow streets, so I left the car on a wider road lower down and carried my suitcases on foot rather than risk hitting it.

A clean, cozy room in a peaceful setting. The shared terrace is a lovely bonus, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a hot tub, plus wonderful views. Just right for a relaxing break.
