Sept. 11-15, 2019. Castle Bian and Mt. Etna are in view, and there are several tasty places for gelato, cappuccino, pizza, and pasta. It’s also near the Mediterranean, with beautiful beaches and great tour boat operators. This is a friendly little town and a charming place to stay, with spacious rooms that have modern amenities while keeping their old-world character. If you’re after big city life, this probably isn’t for you. But for good food, history, culture, and warm people, it’s an easy choice.

Save your money. The hosts weren’t helpful and were only around for part of the day. There’s no parking, no hot water, and the building smells like poop. The rooms are dated, and the small town has nothing to do. You’d be more comfortable in a hotel, or staying in the next town instead.

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean. Prices were excellent too. My fiancé and I had a great stay, with Giardini Naxos and Taormina close by. I’d definitely recommend this B&B.

The owner was very friendly, but the B&B was hard to find. Breakfast came as a voucher for a bar 300 meters away. At night the village felt dead, with nothing to do.

Parking was easy to find in the main square, even though the B&B is on a narrow street in the historic center. It’s also well placed for visiting Giardini Naxos and Taormina. I had three fabulous days in a very spacious triple room with a minibar and a charming wrought-iron bed. Recommended.
