Relais Angimbé

Our stay was unforgettable, thanks especially to the owners, who were present, caring, and ready to meet their guests’ needs, even a fussy one like me. I spent three days in the Relais suite, and the contrast between the modern exterior and classic interiors was striking and pleasing. The property has only a limited number of well-kept rooms, which helps it stay calm even in busy periods. The staff were discreet and very efficient. Angelo at the poolside restaurant was notably creative, and Francesco at reception was attentive. There’s plenty of outdoor space for families, with no stairs or other particular hazards, and the two pools have different depths for all ages. It’s well suited to families with children, including little ones. I have two, aged 17 and 35 months. A lovely mix of nature, refinement, and elegance. Nothing to complain about, just sincere, well-deserved praise. Thank you, Angimbè!

The owners made us feel very welcome and gave us useful tips on things to do nearby, including a family-run winery in Contrada San Pietro, just a few kilometers away. The setting was peaceful, and the property is well organized for families with small children. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the “pane cunzato” we tried at the pool bar was excellent. We didn’t get to try the lunch or dinner menu, so I can’t speak to those. The staff were welcoming, and the place was lovely, with large, fairly clean rooms. I’d come back.

We spent a delightful holiday here in early September. It’s a very quiet place with a magnificent pool, an old-world feel, and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. A great base for exploring western Sicily.
