Locanda Al Bersò

The breakfast was varied and high quality, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Recommended 👍

They welcomed four-legged friends, which was nice. The food was excellent, with care put into both the cooking and presentation, and the service handled every little request impeccably despite the restaurant being full for the mid-August lunch. We’ll definitely return. Recommended.

The room was pleasant, with a very good mattress, a well-finished and equipped bathroom, and air conditioning. Although the restaurant with rooms is on Calco's busy main road, the soundproofing works well, and I slept comfortably with the window shut. Cleanliness needs more attention: there were marks on the walls and chairs, the insides of drawers weren't clean, and some shared areas, including the elevator, were dirty. Breakfast felt improvised. It included croissants, a small number of little rolls that weren't fresh, single-serve jams, Nutella, butter, fruit, a few slices of cake of mixed freshness and quality, some savory food such as prosciutto crudo and eggs, and a bad cappuccino. In my opinion, they should clean more thoroughly everywhere and improve breakfast with a properly made cappuccino, fresh bread, freshly squeezed orange juice or something similar, and a few slices of decent cake.

The gentleman at reception was really kind and helpful, and everything was great. Thanks, we'll definitely be back.
