We started with two nights in the village apartment, which was amazing and huge, then moved to the hotel and enjoyed that too. The rooms there are spacious and renovated, but the staff were the best part, so wonderful and helpful. We’d love to come back!

Vera and Andreas were amazing. At first you might think they only work at reception, but soon it’s clear they’re busy around the clock trying to make your vacation a good one. They suggested attractions, hikes, restaurants, shopping and even a massage. They also told us about the wines in the hotel's winery and worked with the kitchen staff on breakfast. The hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast had loads to choose from, all fresh and good quality. We had a suite with two balconies, a small kitchen and all the supplies we needed. It was very large, clean and well maintained, like it had only opened the week before. There’s indoor parking too. The indoor pool and sauna were lovely. Guests can use e-bikes and scooters. We took the e-bikes around the nearby lake for a day, and they were well maintained. The place and location are a real gem for a Northern Italy vacation!

The host and team were so friendly, the best part of the hotel. We’ll be back soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Every detail feels just right. Breakfast was tasty and high quality, and it all looked delicious. There are little corners around the hotel with lovely decorations and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend 👍

The spa was always free when we went, and we spent a lot of time there. Breakfast was great and well organized during COVID-19. Big thanks to the staff for the service. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was well above average. Our suite was spacious and modern, with a huge balcony and hot tub. We’ll be back.
