Our small apartment was on the top floor, and we barely noticed the traffic noise. The bed and breakfast is right across from the beer garden and sits on a main road.

The owner was very nice, and we were warmly received. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the room was cleaned daily. Our room was small, with a very low bed and a worn mattress. Some rooms are modern. It’s a small guesthouse beside a busy road, and if your room faces the street, sleeping with the window open can be difficult because of the noise.

The Guflhof is very centrally located near Kaltern. Even though it’s on the main road, we couldn’t hear traffic. Our room was clean, and the owner was very friendly. I’d highly recommend it.

We never needed the car: everything was easy to reach on foot, by bike, or by bus. The Kaltern Mobil card was included and made many things free. It’s a simple but lovely farm, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The street-facing windows were a little noisy when open, but otherwise everything was fine. The value for money was unbeatable.

The room was clean, and we had a lovely chance to enjoy our meeting in South Tyrol. The refrigerator was empty and unplugged, and the coffee maker and kettle were also unplugged, with no utensils to use them. There was no hand soap either.
