Breakfast comes with a mesmerizing view of Caldaro and the vineyards. The surroundings, room and pool were all very clean, and Max and the staff were always ready to help and give advice promptly. I recommend a wine tasting with Max if you'd like to learn more about the history and wines. The hotel itself is really delightful. Excellency at its pinnacle! Highly recommend this wonderful place.

We only stayed one night after a last-minute detour, and I wish we'd found this place sooner. The room was massive, with a giant balcony where we could see the castle and mountains. I think it technically overlooked the city center, but every view felt like a mountain view. The room, hotel and grounds were all immaculately maintained and clean. The included breakfast spread was to die for, and the indoor/outdoor pool was clean and spacious. Our infant daughter loved swimming there. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Since there's no full restaurant on site, they gave us a list of restaurant recommendations, and we had a great dinner down in the city center. Swimming in the lake was included with our stay, but we didn't have time to go down there. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing end to our honeymoon!

We really liked how peaceful it felt here, even though town and its restaurants were an easy walk away. The views were amazing, and the hotel is perfectly placed. Our room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and practical. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We'd love to come back.
