The lasagna was very good, and they let the kids share one first course so we wouldn’t waste food. That was about all that went well. The meat in the €40 set menu was so salty it was impossible to eat. We told the staff right away, but they offered neither another dish nor a discount. We later saw other tables getting different food, and were brusquely told, “you didn’t ask,” even though nobody had shown us a menu of options. When we asked to take the leftover meat for the dog, they left aluminum foil on our table and told us to wrap it ourselves so we wouldn’t bother the other guests. I asked if someone could do it in the kitchen, but they just said it wasn’t possible. Then they added an extra first course to the bill, removing it only after we pointed it out. We also got complimentary coffee. We came as a family yesterday, and the place felt neither welcoming nor attentive. We won’t be back.

They ruined my birthday holiday. I celebrated my 40th and my daughter’s second birthday there, and the day couldn’t have gone worse. After I’d signed a contract with them, nobody seemed to know about it on my birthday. They wanted to handle us like a regular Sunday lunch instead. They’re disorganized and don’t communicate with each other. I was upset the whole day. From the bottom of my heart, I recommend choosing another agriturismo.

We had the €30 fixed menu and left very satisfied. The portions were generous, everything was cooked well, and the ingredients were good quality. The staff were helpful and friendly, and service came promptly. Tenuta Cerreto is well kept and surrounded by greenery, with a relaxed, welcoming feel. A lovely choice for dinner with friends or family if you’re after good food and a peaceful atmosphere.

The food was delicious, so I’d recommend going for that. The waiters, though, were rude, with constant unpleasant looks and impolite replies. We went there to eat, but the service was really disappointing.

The lunch and service were excellent when we went today for Ferragosto (August 15th). The setup was the problem: there were three rooms, and ours was quite far from the main building, almost isolated from it. The piano bar and bingo were over in the main building, so we ended up with poor service in our room. Getting out was worrying too. It was raining, and the dirt road was slippery; we almost couldn’t make it out. The owner seemed kind and caring, so I’d suggest paving the road for safety.
