Holiday Home in Camaiore With Mountain Views

The setting is lovely, with a beautiful view, and the rustic apartment is charming and well kept. The bathroom has been renovated recently, and the place is handy for excursions, only a short drive from the sea. There's plenty of space on the terrace and the parking spot is large enough. A few things made the stay less enjoyable. Work in the garden or on the property happened almost every day, sometimes late in the afternoon, so we lost privacy on the terrace. Roosters and other neighborhood animals also woke us up often. The apartment has very little supplied: we found just one roll of toilet paper, no dish soap, and no kitchen cloths or towels. The narrow access road could also be a problem for a larger vehicle. Inside, the double bed squeaks whenever you move, and the shower has weak pressure and takes a long time to get hot. We noticed a sewage smell in the children's room when we opened the windows in the evening. The kitchen looks quite worn and wasn't as well kept as the bathroom. We also didn't feel especially welcome. The house and location have a lot going for them, but as things stand, the value for the price didn't work for us.
