Elena and Massimo made our large family feel at home, all five adults and four kids. They were kind, hardworking, supportive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay, and helped us sort out all the little things we needed. The pool was absolute heaven, breakfast was perfect, and the location was wonderfully quiet for enjoying the surrounding area. We could walk to restaurants along beautiful old streets. Just perfect in every way. Grazie mille 💛 It was a dreamy, historical and comfortable Italian stay!

The grounds are breathtaking, the pool was surprisingly clean, and the yard is very well looked after. One of the most wonderful historical places we've ever stayed. Just amazing!

July 2013: The garden and pool were delightful, the food amazing, and the owners warm, friendly hosts. I loved this place. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, though I really do want to come back and still have so many other places to explore. If you haven't been yet, I recommend visiting the Villa and stepping back in time!

A restful stay with Mauricio and Tina that felt outside of time. Villa Montecatini won us over with decor that suits the place, period furniture, lovely gardens and wooded outdoor areas kept with care, and a beautiful, large pool. The hosts are so kind that we felt a bit at home. We had breakfast in the big room overlooking the villa's main driveway, the gardens and the surrounding greenery. The room's large table sits beneath a majestic chandelier with hanging crystals, which is impossible to miss. That's what château life feels like in a jewel of the Tuscan countryside!

The only downside at the wedding last night was the single unisex restroom, which meant long lines during the reception. Apart from that, it was a great evening. The venue was beautiful and well cared for, the catering service impeccable, and parking was ample. Thanks to the waiters for serving us despite all the back and forth through the huge park in front of the villa.
