Maria Grazia is a lovely host, sharing her family’s 18th Century home with guests. The villa has the calm, beautiful feel you’d hope for in Tuscany, along with all the modern comforts you need. Just don’t expect the usual hotel experience, its charm is something else.

The garden and pool are lovely, and breakfast is tasty. We could easily reach historic places like Pisa, Lucca and Florence, too. Our room was amazing, with an interior that gave the stay a real Italian feel. The owner was kind and attentive, and the staff were very nice and spoke several languages. A really beautiful place, 100% recommendable.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Villa Lombardi. The owners and staff give you such a warm welcome, and the location is hard to beat, with a good local bus service. The rooms are very well equipped and have good air conditioning. There are nice gardens and a good pool, with towels provided.

The hostess is gracious and makes you feel welcome and at ease. We enjoyed the lovely rooms and a breakfast with a nice range of breads, fruit, yogurt and granola, plus wonderful coffee. Restaurants and shops are easy to get to from this great location.
