We keep coming back to Hotel La Siesta because it never lets us down. It’s a great four-star family hotel, well placed in playa de las Americas, near the beaches and with good bars close by. The rooms are roomy, well equipped, and have big balconies. There are two nice pools, one heated, and plenty of sunbeds. Staff are excellent throughout, from reception to the restaurant. I’d strongly recommend it, especially for young families.

Good food at a fair price, and they have an English menu. It’s also the only place in “town” where we found someone who speaks English. The staff are friendly, though service can be a bit slow.

The seafood was the star of our dinner, all fresh and excellent. We tried the seafood salad with octopus, swordfish, and anchovies, the clam gratin with "alici scattiát" (anchovies, as they're known locally), baby octopus in tomato sauce, and seafood spaghetti with shrimp and clams. The flavors felt authentic, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. The place itself is elegant, with tasteful decor, careful details, and a welcoming feel. Service was impeccable, and everyone from the waiter to the owners was kind and friendly. We left very satisfied and would happily return ❤️
