Out of all the places we stayed during our 14 days in Italy, this was the best. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds were great, and the AC was awesome. The hilltop location is unusual and has lovely views, with quiet surroundings where you can walk around. I hadn't realized how check-in worked, so call before you arrive. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection, at the owner's cafe at the bottom of the hill. The owner provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

Algert, the owner, paid such personal attention to us and made sure we were happy throughout. The staff were warm and greeted us cheerfully every time. We came as a family with our 7 year old and had a wonderful stay. The castle views are spectacular, and the location is amazing. Our comfortable, beautiful room met all our needs and was cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast had plenty of sweet and savory options, all delicious. We also had a very high-class dinner at the restaurant one evening. We highly recommend it!

Peaceful, relaxing, nicely renovated, and the views are lovely. Parking can be a bit tricky, though.
