The mornings came with a basket of fresh, delicious croissants. You order them the night before, and the price is a nice surprise. It’s unusual in Italy to find a place where the lovely appearance is matched by such order and care. Everything felt spotless and well considered. The whole property has the feel of a carefully put together Tuscan dream, from the restored buildings to the stylish apartment interiors. Even the pool loungers are ridiculously comfortable, the sort you could fall asleep on. With only five apartments, it stays peaceful and never feels crowded, yet charming Tuscan villages and the coast are just a short drive away. It’s one of those rare places that makes you wonder if you even want to go anywhere else. I love exploring new places, but I already know I’ll want to return. This villa made me fall in love with Tuscany all over again.

It’s a good place.

Constantin was a real help to my husband and me. He was professional, always available, happy to answer questions and meet our needs, and gave us good tips on local food and places to visit. We also enjoyed chatting with him. Almost every day, we were given a delicious melon grown on the property. Stefano, the owner, clearly takes real care of his guests and even pampers them. Thanks to him and all the staff. We’ll be back, and I can hardly wait to see you again 🤩🥰 The setting is lovely, with postcard-worthy views and the sounds of nature all around. This old 19th-century farmhouse has been fully renovated with elegance and close attention to detail. It has five apartments, and ours was Leccio. Everything was tasteful and well equipped, from the furniture to the tableware. Outside, our furnished space looked out over the olive groves, where we could eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner and watch amazing sunsets. There’s also a barbecue area with firewood and equipment for guests, plus a little patch of aromatic herbs anyone can pick. Nothing seemed overlooked, right down to the clothes pegs. The infinity pool overlooking the countryside was spotless, with comfortable loungers that made it easy to relax. The indoor and outdoor spaces were impeccably clean. We came across this little countryside gem online by chance and were won over straight away. Beaches including Baratti, Torre Mozza, and Follonica are close by, as are the villages of Suvereto, Populonia, Campiglia Marittima, and San Vincenzo. They’re all wonderful to discover. I know I’m repeating what I’ve said in previous reviews, but this enchanting place really is unique. Everything exceeded our expectations. Words can’t quite capture it, you have to experience it for yourself. I’m not exaggerating when I say we left with tears in our eyes.
