Luca and Simonetta have worked their magic on an old medieval house, making it feel like a cozy little home. Their easygoing charm makes the stay even nicer. If you're in Campiglia, don't miss Civico Uno.

I was here during the Tuscany Trail and found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with tasteful decor and impeccable cleanliness. Simonetta and Luca were attentive and very helpful, and made me feel at ease straight away. Highly recommended.

I felt right at home here. It's a warm, welcoming place with lovely attention to detail, and the owner looked after us with such care, almost like family. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of delicious little touches. A wonderful experience.
