I wouldn't recommend this place at all. For what it charges, there are many better options. It wasn't clean, towels or covers weren't changed, there was no shampoo, and the kitchen had no soap. With so many guests staying, there was only one roll of toilet paper. It's not the worst place, but air conditioning in summer in Tuscany costs an extra five euros. The hot spring rooms look so nice, but they're hard to stay in. The waterfall noise is right by your ear, and with just one layer of window, every drop is clear day and night. I don't know how anyone can sleep soundly. The mattresses on all the single beds feel like they're from medieval times. They're so damaged it's a surprise they hold together, and one night will wreck your back. It's so homey, but costs more than a hotel, 30 euros per person, and babies count too. Don't forget to close all the windows while using the air conditioning, or leave any rubbish behind, or you could face a big penalty. The owner warned us about this as soon as we arrived.
