Grand Hotel Campione

CHAMARI made our honeymoon feel special. She was cheerful and kind every day, and each morning she remembered which breakfast dish I liked and brought it over with a smile. She also pointed us toward nearby shopping and shared recommendations, almost like our own little tour guide 😂🩷. Her warmth and effort were a big part of why we loved the hotel. She deserves recognition for her service and positive energy. Thank you for making the stay unforgettable 🌸

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety, and they even offered to bring it to the room at no extra cost. That was such a thoughtful touch. The place is quiet and beautiful, close to everything, and my room was very clean. The staff had everything ready at reception, so I didn't wait at all, and the team works hard around the clock to keep guests comfortable. The manager was fantastic, and his friendly dog made the stay feel even more welcoming. I had a wonderful experience earlier this month and would happily return. Highly recommend it.

We were sorry to leave after just a couple of nights with our group. The hotel may look small from the outside, but our rooms were spacious, bright with natural light, and beautifully designed. Everyone we met was welcoming and smiling, and we really valued their kindness. The complimentary drinks, served whenever we chose, were a nice touch, as was the dinner discount at the hotel restaurant. The food there was absolutely delicious.

Roberto deserves a special mention for his professionalism and kindness. He went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The reception team were friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. My room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. The hotel was excellent in every way. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back 🙏
