It’s an older, basic building, but it was very clean and had all the essentials. The washing machine in the bathroom and the outdoor patio were useful, and the local park was close enough that the kids could walk there on their own.

The apartment was dirty, and both the furniture and equipment felt quite old. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The surroundings are quiet, and there’s a trail nearby that goes through the woods toward Campitello. The four of us spent a week in a small apartment on the third floor. It had everything we needed, though there’s no elevator.
The setting is lovely, with plenty of attractions easy to reach. Parking can be difficult unless you’re lucky enough to get the covered spot. The apartment itself is worth two stars to me, while the location deserves four, so my rating averages out to three. It’s dated and cluttered with unnecessary things. The kitchen is unlivable, the floors were filthy, the fixtures were old, and the bathroom has no window. The bunk bed is ridiculous, too.
Mountain and forest views, plus greenery all around, make this a beautiful spot. The apartment has the feel of a traditional mountain home, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and even a small washing machine. You can park outside or in the garage. It’s only a few steps to the path toward Campitello and about a five-minute walk to the center of Canazei. The location is stunning and well worth visiting.
