The spa and gym are great for recovering after skiing, and the ski room made it easy to store my gear. The hotel is ideally placed for Sella Ronda, about a five-minute walk from the gondola, so you don’t really need to rent a locker. I had a great stay. Maria, the masseuse, was absolutely amazing, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her if she’s available.

The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared, and the spa was clean, well organized, and a great place to unwind after skiing. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very close to the cabin, which made the stay easy and relaxing. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely return. Highly recommended for comfort, great service, and a restful break!

The staff, food, cleanliness, and closeness to facilities were excellent. The spa and breakfast matched what the website and photos showed. One bathroom had been renovated; the other hadn’t, and a few tiles were slightly chipped, but everything still worked. Even so, paying €400 more than we’d agreed was a considerable amount and simply unacceptable. If we’d had another option, we wouldn’t have accepted the arrangement, and we wouldn’t recommend booking directly with the hotel. We sincerely hope guests who booked through booking platforms didn’t have the same experience. We’d contacted the hotel directly by email and WhatsApp. There were minor complications, mostly internet connection issues, but we eventually received an offer by email at a price we found acceptable. It specified the quadruple room “Larsech.” We already knew the room from a recommendation and had seen a video, photos, and description. It was described as two separate double bedrooms sharing one bathroom, which suited us perfectly. We paid a deposit of about €200. On the arrival day, snow closed the road to the hotel. After several attempts we reached them by phone and explained that we’d be late because we had to take a longer alternative route. When we arrived, we found that two rooms and five guests had been registered under our name, even though our emails and several messages clearly said there were three of us traveling with a small dog. We’d been told by message that the dog would be free, but we’re used to such services costing extra, so we weren’t surprised to be asked for €20 per night. The booked quadruple room wasn’t available, and instead we were put in two separate rooms with different names. We didn’t mind having two rooms or one shared unit, as long as we paid the agreed price. That evening, reception told us not to worry and said the price difference might be very small. In the end, though, we were charged for two separate rooms and paid €400 extra, which certainly isn’t a “small” difference. When we raised the issue, we were told that the parents’ room was the one originally booked. But that name doesn’t appear on the invoice, and if that was the case, why weren’t we all put together in that room?

My wife and I both had massages at the hotel today, and it was a 10/10 experience for each of us. Very professional. We’ll come again.
