Marco, the owner, was helpful and attentive, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. It has all the comforts, including air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There were plenty of good-quality dishes, pans, and pots, and the utensils were complete and almost new. Although it's near the local airport runway, we weren't disturbed. Only small planes use it, not many, and none at night. The area also gets a pleasant breeze, so we never felt too hot. The apartment is a little away from the center of Marina, but the owner's bikes make it easy to get to the beach or town in under five minutes. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Elba.

A little dated, but the apartments work well and make a convenient base for exploring the island. The evening breeze after a day at the beach is lovely, and once the flights stop, the quiet is priceless. I'd recommend staying here 👍

Gli appartamenti are simple, very clean, and spacious, with a big, cool garden among the pines. The town and sea are just two minutes away by bike, and the bikes are included. Dario keeps everything well maintained and is always available if you need anything. My family and I felt right at home, so we had a great stay. Definitely recommended.

It's a quiet spot with a good location, suitable for children and for anyone wanting a break from the bustle. The room furnishings are a bit dated, and propeller planes take off and land very nearby. It's disappointing that the ping pong table was broken and left discarded, the jacuzzi shown in the ad photos wasn't there, and the deck chairs need repair or replacement. They also never managed to get us a TV remote during our two weeks. Lots of little things could make this place really great.

We stayed at Ricci's with two other families. Dario is wonderful and always available, and the apartments and villa were comfortable and clean. They're set in a green park with good facilities. The nearest beach is a five-minute bike ride away, and the center of Marina di Campo takes about eight minutes. We'll be back soon.
