It’s a simple place, but it’s run extremely well. Gimmi, the owner, is friendly and always on hand with help or advice about the island. The rooms are carefully looked after and spotless, the linens and room service are perfect, and the kitchen works really well. It’s peaceful here too. We’ll definitely return, highly recommended.

What makes this place suit me so well is the quiet and the freedom. There are only a few rooms, it’s tucked away, and there’s a big, convenient parking area. Each room has its own space outside with a table, chairs, a couple of loungers, and a drying rack. The rooms are spartan, but have all the comforts you need. You can easily get to Marina di Campo, the beaches, hiking and mountain biking in the woods, or the rocky coast and more secluded coves if you want a holiday with almost complete solitude. Gimmi, the host, is discreet but attentive and professional. This is just what I look for on vacation. If I could, I’d give it six stars. Thanks so much, Gimmi. I wanted a quiet place with secluded beaches, and Jimmi gave me great tips about the island’s history, places to eat, and spots with lovely sea views. The hotel is peaceful and up on a hill, surrounded by greenery. It’s about 1.5 km from Marina di Campo’s center, reachable on foot by a side road or by car, with free parking near a supermarket. It’s accommodation only, but the rooms have a living area and a kitchen with everything needed, including a fridge, stove, and oven. They were clean, towels were changed every two days, and the bed linen once midway through my stay. There were loungers and an umbrella area outside my room. It was excellent for what I needed, and I enjoyed the whole stay.

Just three minutes from Marina di Campo, this quiet place has plenty of parking. It gives you the freedom of an apartment with the comforts of a hotel, and the owner is so kind and always available.
