The quiet, well-organized setting made our August 2025 stay at Villa Sofia a real pleasure for all 10 of us. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the outdoor area were all in great shape, and we especially appreciated having two outdoor showers. The owner was kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. We were also close to Marina di Campo's center, the sea, and the supermarket. We had a wonderful time. See you soon!

Natale was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, and has all the comforts you could want. It's also in a lovely spot in Marina di Campo. I'd recommend it to anyone staying there.

The week in Villino Jacopo, the smaller apartment above Villa Sofia, was fantastic. It's a bright, modern place with air conditioning and everything needed for 2-3 people, including appliances and household items. We couldn't have asked for more. The terrace is huge and wraps around the whole house. There's a shower, barbecue, sun loungers, and a patio with a lovely dining table, plus giant cushions for lying back and watching the stars. Just outside Marina di Campo, the cottage sits in a quiet, safe residential area with lots of greenery. Natale was incredibly thoughtful and generous with advice on local restaurants and beaches. You can tell he puts real care into the house and into looking after his guests. Thanks for making our vacation so lovely. We'd highly recommend booking with him. Five stars don't seem enough!

That big terrace was such a treat during our two weeks as a couple in Villino Iacopo, on the first floor of Villa Sofia. It has loungers and cushions for sunbathing, a pergola with a table, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Inside, everything was well cared for and fully equipped. We especially liked the cooking facilities and the comfortable mattress, and there was air conditioning too. The area is peaceful, scenic, and breezy, yet Marina di Campo is only a two-minute drive away. It also worked well as a base for exploring the island's most beautiful beaches. Our host and his family were kind, attentive, and punctual without intruding, and their advice and thoughtful attention meant a lot. We had such a good time that we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come back!

We spent a week at Villa Sofia and would gladly return. The place is lovely and roomy, with greenery all around, and it's away from traffic, which seems ideal for families with children. Everything was impeccably clean and the furnishings were new. Natale was very kind and happy to share advice.
