Unreliable. I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid.

A reservation here doesn't seem to mean anything. They'll leave you hanging without a second thought. A total nightmare, with absolutely no professionalism or reliability. Avoid at all costs.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with a dishwasher and oven, two full bathrooms, a separate toilet, and three balconies. It was easy to communicate with the landlord, who answered all our questions. We stayed over Easter and got wonderful weather: three days of skiing at 5°C and one day hiking at 22°C. It's a fantastic apartment in a central location. I'd give it more stars if I could.

The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the host is extremely kind and always available. The apartment is spacious, clean, and practical, with three excellent bathrooms. The garden is large and well kept. A wonderful find, I'll definitely come back.

We've come back for two years running. The owner is kind and helpful, and the apartment is functional with a nice view of the Rieserferner Group. It's conveniently placed for services and trails, including the Sentiero Natura.
