The owners' kindness and willingness to help stood out most during our week here. Werner and Claudia were lovely, always ready with a kind word or useful tip, and Robin, the manager, was a great guy too. They made us feel comfortable the whole time, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Our room was dated in style but impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and enough space. The balcony had a table, chairs, and loungers. Breakfast covered both sweet and savory choices, from fruit, jams, yogurt, bread, cured meats, croissants, homemade cakes, and eggs to plenty more. The property is ideally placed in a quieter side area of the town center, with convenient free parking right outside. Highly recommended.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host family were so friendly and relaxed, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. Booking was easy, breakfast was excellent, and the spa was a treat. They even made the birthday girl feel special with a decorated table, a homemade heart-shaped cake, and sparkling wine. The hostess is a gem, and really, the entire family is wonderful. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

The bell tower across from the hotel rings every hour from 7:00 a.m., which we found really annoying, even though it's nothing to do with the hotel. The room lighting could use an update too, especially the halogen bedside lamps, which are too bright. I'd have preferred a softer bed, though that's personal taste. Otherwise, the room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with good soundproofing, new fixtures, radiators you can adjust, a large 42-inch LED TV, and a bidet. It also had a big refrigerator, sink, and stovetop. The curtains let in some light at the bottom, so bring a sleep mask if that bothers you. There's a sauna open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, plenty of parking, and the family owners are very kind and make you feel welcome. Breakfast is excellent and uses quality ingredients, though please add apple juice! The building feels dated, perhaps from the 1970s, with some renovated areas, but it's very well kept and offers excellent value.
