Residence Fior di Roccia

It’s especially handy for getting to the ski lifts, so we could head out without hassle. The rooms were kept in immaculate condition, and the owners greeted us with a warmth and kindness you don’t come across every day. We had a wonderful stay here, and it’s a real paradise for families with children. Highly recommended.

For a bit of nightlife, Madesimo is only a few kilometers away, and Campodolcino is close too, with sports facilities and a nice walk by the river. Fraciscio itself is peaceful and tucked away, without being crowded with hotels. There are two restaurants with good food, a pleasant bar, and a well-stocked grocery shop at reasonable prices. Fior di Roccia is carefully maintained, and Stefania is on hand whenever you need anything. We could leave the car safely in the big garage and explore the area's many trails on foot, with routes for different fitness levels. The stream is all you hear at bedtime, then the rooster wakes you in the morning. The drive up to Montespluga is also worth it for the views, and the road is wide and well maintained.

Surrounded by greenery and quiet, with the stream as the only sound. It’s a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the cool air. The place is new and clean, and I highly recommend it.
