The room was new, spacious, and very clean, with everything spotless and working well. On arrival we called the B&B owner, and in under two minutes he came with his wife and young daughter, brought a key, and showed us how it worked. They were very friendly and warm. They also run a cafe about 300m away, where breakfast was served. It was a simple Italian breakfast, not a buffet, basically a choice of croissant and drink.

This was the only property that could take us at the late hour of 1 AM. All the best to Fabio and his wife, they’re great hosts.

It was very clean and comfortable, in an excellent location on a quiet road, so there was no noise. One of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely come again!

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was new and nice, with a spacious bathroom, but unfortunately it was dirty and remained that way. Breakfast was included, but it amounted to a cappuccino and a croissant. That felt a bit stingy.
