The location is strategic and surrounded by greenery, but getting there means taking a road full of potholes that feels pretty precarious. The house itself let us down: very few amenities, limescale all over, and the bedroom shutters couldn’t be used because the owner had refused to open them. I’d still call it fair because of the location and green surroundings.

You can step straight out to the sea from this beautiful location.

A quiet, green setting right by the beach, with clear water. There’s parking inside and outside, and Cefalu is very close.
