Great service, and the animation was really good.

It was okay.

The food was a real highlight, with excellent quality and generous portions at both lunch and dinner. The fish was fresh and delicious. Restaurant staff were great, and the reception team were courteous, helpful, and always smiling. The beach club partnered with the hotel was disappointing. There was hardly any room between loungers, the beach was dirty, and showers cost extra. The hotel itself is 200 meters from Campomarino Lido beach, reached on foot along a shaded path beside a campsite. Rooms were cleaned daily, thanks to the cleaning staff, but they’re small. The bathroom was fine, though the shower was tiny. WiFi was extremely weak, practically nonexistent in the rooms and around the hotel. I’d recommend this place to anyone after a quiet stay, good food, and decent seawater quality.

Mrs. Elisa at the front desk made a great stay even better. She was kind, courteous, and went out of her way whenever we had a question, figuring out what we needed and helping us plan things to do. She’s a real asset to the hotel. We found the place by chance while trying to avoid spending $3,000 for a week away. There were three adults and two little ones, aged 2 years and 2 months, and we had a fantastic time from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a typical 1980s and 1990s feel, but it’s well maintained. The rooms are spacious and in good shape despite their age, though the interior doors, furniture, and fixtures could use some updating. The sea is an easy 200 meters away, along a tree-lined concrete path that stays cool and shaded. My son loved the hotel’s affiliated beach, which is well suited to children. The entertainment was top-notch: PURA VIDA ANIMATION had brilliant, capable staff who were engaging and available without ever being intrusive. We also loved the food. The dishes were delicious and prepared fresh daily, and ordering lunch and dinner the day before through the app, then having meals served at our table, was really convenient. Rooms were cleaned and towels supplied every day. It was a relaxing holiday, with the hardest decision being what to eat the next day. We’ll be back!
