Le Dimore del Borgo - Room & Breakfast

We booked through Airbnb and were welcomed with a gift. Alessio was thoughtful, attentive to our requests, and always available. The place feels cozy and intimate, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, and a roomy shower. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Aino and Alessio are such a lovely couple and were always ready to help. Thanks to them, we got to experience Italy at its best and will remember our stay fondly. The place is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We recommend it to everyone!

I was welcomed really warmly by Alessio, who's a great host. Maybe he's so enthusiastic because he's new to the business, I don't know. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and above all clean. The place is in the historic center of the little village of Campomarino.

The “Balcony” room was a little luxury: about 27 square meters, laid out and furnished with care, with every bit of space put to good use. It had everything we could need, from a coffee maker and TV to a dishwasher and kettle, plus very fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. It was spotless, and the distinctive view made us feel part of tiny Campomarino's old village. Alessio was the real highlight. We suddenly needed somewhere to stay at the last minute, with no advance notice, and he found us a solution right away. He welcomed us with the kind of warmth and professionalism you get from someone who truly loves the work. He became a friend as well as an extraordinary host. This is a gem in the heart of Campomarino. I'm embarrassingly late writing this, seven months! Routine took over, though the memory of our stay at "Le Dimore Del Borgo Antico" is still vivid and incredibly positive. Thanks for everything, Alessio, and sorry again for the unjustifiable wait. A place like this was worth taking a few thoughtful minutes to write about. 😅 If you're after somewhere special run by someone who puts his heart into it, this is the place.
