Residence Nettuno

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week in this apartment complex, and what an unbelievable experience. The room was missing everything: pots, glasses, forks, and toilet paper. I'm not asking for napkins, but toilet paper at least! I reported it immediately, and they brought everything over after fetching it from other rooms. It was a tragicomic scene. Once that was sorted, I thought we were done, but the gas didn't work. I asked about it and was sent back to my room with instructions to check outside for a gas cylinder. Am I, as the guest, supposed to check? Absurd. There was no cylinder, of course, so we had to wait for a very kind guy to install one. On the other days, a guy knocked on our door at 7:30 in the morning, and a woman screamed the following night. Apart from that, I'd say everything went well! The complex has huge potential, but I don't understand why they don't invest in basic things like pots and pans in every room. Maybe I was just unlucky, who knows. I don't think I'll ever want to find out.

When we entered the two-room apartment, almost everything was missing: dishes, pots, the TV, chairs, and more. We called the owner. The cutlery arrived two days later; they found cookware in another apartment, and the TV took three days. I've never seen a residence so badly organized and run by such incompetent, rude people. Never again. Don't come, and don't trust the photos. There's nothing left beyond what's shown in them. I'd give it zero stars.

The beach access is a real plus, and both the public and serviced beaches had clean sand and sea. The residence is modest but has what you need: parking, air conditioning, a kitchenette with basic cooking items, and a little room. There’s a small balcony with a table, chair, and drying rack, plus a lovely view.

Being close to the beach was the one good thing. The room and building weren’t clean, and several basics were missing, so we had to ask for glasses, cutlery, pans, and cups. There was no coffee maker, and only two lights worked. They should check the property before guests arrive instead of waiting for someone to ask. The email-promised 30% discount at the beach club was unsettling: they quoted us €250 for 10 days, while the well-equipped Mira Mare next door charged €150 without any discount. I wouldn’t recommend it.
