We made use of the spa one afternoon during our lovely week there in August. The hotel is right in central Canazei, though the area itself is quiet. Our room was comfortable and spotless, breakfast was excellent, especially the desserts, and the staff were very friendly.

Getting to and from the mountain was so convenient, and the heated ski lockers were a great touch. We loved hotel alla Rosa, especially the excellent spa and amazing breakfast. The staff were wonderful and so friendly, they made us feel right at home. If we return to the dolomites, and we're sure we will, there's no question we'll stay here again.

Parking is right next to the hotel, and the location is really convenient. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff were very nice, breakfast was amazing, and everything was great.

We’ve spent three ski seasons at Rosa, and the location is great. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is excellent. But with rates around 300 EUR/Night, and after driving more than 12 hours to get there, it makes no sense that staff won't allow early check-in even when the rooms are ready. They say it's "procedure," which is unacceptable. The spa is very nice, but both the pool and baby pool are much too cold. Our 2-year-old couldn't stay in the baby pool for more than 10 minutes, and staff refused to raise the temperature. That's really not okay at a high-priced spa hotel.
