The receptionist was especially kind, professional, and helpful, and the staff were all very friendly. Excellent service and a great hotel. I'd definitely recommend it.

A useful base for skiing in the Val di Fassa region. This is a top 3-star hotel with ski storage, and the lift is an eight-minute downhill walk through the old town center. Breakfast starts at 7:30am and has good Italian sweet and savory choices. The modern, practical rooms are cleaned every day, and reception staff who speak Russian were very helpful. There are several good places to eat within a few minutes on foot: Osteria La Montanara, Pizzeria La Telia/Italia, Cianèl, and Pizzeria Scioatollo. A supermarket and bakery are nearby too. The thing I missed was a sauna or spa area, which you can find elsewhere.

The price really stood out: we paid 150 euro for four adults right in the center of the Dolomites. Staff were so helpful, the rooms were new and nice, if a bit small, and breakfast was good. I'm amazed by this place. Definitely recommend it, and we'll be back!

Alina at reception was so lovely and helpful. The location is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was worth having too, with a decent selection of sweet and savory food and the convenience of a buffet. Considering what's included and the nearby accommodation prices, it was really good value. I'd recommend it.

For a solo traveler or a couple, this is a great spot; one room is too small for four people. The location is awesome, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are tiny and the walls are thin, so you hear neighbors talking or watching TV. Parking can be tricky, and noise outside the room was another downside.
