Our family of four had a perfect week. The family manager was welcoming, kind, and attentive. We had a spacious room that was cleaned and serviced daily, with a comfortable warm bed and a big radiator for drying ski gear. A large window opened onto a balcony with a view of the Sella massif. Breakfast was good and plentiful. There's ample private parking, ski rental on site, and spacious heated storage for skis and boots. Thank you.
We accepted the confirmation error and the room mix-up, but when we asked for a discount at checkout, they offered just 6 euros. We turned it down and paid the full amount. The whole exchange came with an unwelcoming attitude from someone we believe was the owner. During our two-day stay, we also found little Trentino hospitality or organization. There had been different amounts in our favor in the confirmation, which wasn't a problem, and when we mentioned that the room hadn't been made up, we were told the service had been done anyway. It had, but we were in the room and my partner was in the shower, so we said no thanks. A two-day stay may be seen as a nuisance, and some of the manners weren't pleasant. Congratulations.
We really appreciated the large private parking lot, which made having the car easy and stress-free. The room was spacious as promised at booking and immaculately clean. The property is just steps from the ski lift and the roundabout where buses to the passes leave, so the location is very convenient. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive to what guests needed. An excellent stay.
I found this place by chance, with no booking, and stayed for two nights over Ferragosto. The rooms are beautiful and recently renovated, the mattresses were spectacular, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were friendly and prices fair. It's conveniently close to the Belvedere ski lift, ski, snowboard, and e-bike rentals, and the roundabout for Passo Sella and Passo Fedaia. Parking is in front of the guesthouse. They accept electronic or cash payments and provide a valid invoice or receipt. Recommended.
