It's a quiet spot that still keeps you close to the center, so it works well if you want to relax. My family and I have been coming to this family-run hotel for a few years, and Matteo and his wife have always been outstanding hosts in my opinion, professional, kind, and helpful. The food is to a very high standard, and the service from the waitresses is just as good. Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. Our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. We were there for only two nights, but the place felt welcoming and cozy, the service was very efficient, and the rooms were clean and practical. Breakfast was generous. Thank you!

The sauna and ski room were great to have, and the food was delicious, served like you might expect at a 5-star restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the staff, especially Francesca and Pawel. Highly recommend the hotel. Hope to see you next year!

I came down with a virus on arrival and spent three days in bed, but Matteo and his sister looked after me so well. They brought meals to my room and did everything they could for my requests. I couldn't have been in a better place while I was ill. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Newly refurbished, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Booking outside peak season makes it very reasonable. When I felt well enough to ski, getting to the slopes was easy: there's a personal driver who takes you and brings you back, though the lifts are also a short walk away. We rented gear from Peak sports, who kept it overnight, so walking to and from the lifts was pleasant. My daughter and I stayed at Challet Pineta over Easter, and we can't wait to go again. You won't be disappointed!

For a room costing 425 euro a night, this was a very poor stay. There was a bad smell from mold in three spots in the bathroom and also in the room. Over six days, the host provided only three paper cups for three people. There was an empty fridge but no mini-bar, and we weren't given any drinking water. Hot water took several minutes to come through in the shower. The room was cold at night, and I couldn't raise the temperature. The bathroom jacuzzi couldn't be used because it sits under the sloping roof, and the corner rods were also coming unglued. The headboard shown in the picture wasn't attached to the wall and fell on my head. Cleaning was mediocre. Although we had half board, dinner came with no alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, only tap water. For the price of a 5-star hotel, I felt this place was worth no more than one star. 😥
