I’ll definitely come back with my family. Everyone was so nice, and the room was huge. When I realized I’d left my phone charger behind, reception was able to get it to me. I’d also worked a long day and still wanted dinner, so a very kind woman prepared a delicious meal for me at the agreed time. Several other little requests were sorted out right away too.

Breakfast was good, and the hotel has a nice pool, though it was too cold for us to use in October. Dinner could use improvement: there weren’t many dishes to choose from, and the food and service didn’t feel up to a 4-star rating.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the tiramisu, which was out of this world. The hotel sits in a gorgeous area close to lots of wineries, and the facilities felt very thoughtfully put together. We even spent a while outside by the pool despite the cool, rainy weather. The receptionist was friendly when we arrived, but service dragged after that. The bar was slow, and checking out took 10 minutes. We also barely slept because the neighbours were so loud we could hear everything. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault, though better soundproofing might have helped.

We spent almost two weeks here without a single problem, and the staff were friendly and helpful with tips on local sights and restaurants. Even though our time in Canelli was mostly for business, staying here made the trip feel like a vacation. We’d happily recommend the place to anyone visiting the area. The setting is scenic and quiet, despite being right off the road into Canelli. Our room had a large balcony looking out over hills covered in vineyards, a relaxing and uplifting view. Inside, it was spotless and cleaned promptly each day. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast had a wide selection of healthy, quality food. We also ate dinner in three evenings. The menu offered local dishes made with good ingredients.
