We were genuinely surprised by how great this place is. The garden is lovely, the room and bathroom spacious, and the service very friendly. It's a wonderful villa and definitely worth recommending. Stay here to get away from the hectic pace and enjoy somewhere peaceful.

Waking up to a great sunrise from the room was lovely. The coffee, Italian cheese, and ham at breakfast were perfect, and the rooms have lovely interiors. There is romantic decor in the hallway, too. Service was attentive and first-rate. Thanks!

Stevenà, a “frazione“ (sub-municipality) of Caneva, has several other interesting villas to see and sits at the foot of the Prealps. A 30-minute walk on one of the many well-marked paths brings you to views across the plain towards Venice. We stayed for two nights at the end of October 2024. The villa and gardens are stunning, the rooms spacious and newly restructured, with plenty of hot water and fast wifi. Breakfast was abundant, and the staff charming and helpful. The main drawback is getting around by public transport, especially on a Sunday. You really need a car.
