Agriturismo Le Rondini di Francesco di Assisi

We stayed five nights with my wife and our two toddlers and had a good time. The apartment was spacious and the facility had everything we needed. It's a great base for day trips to the main sights around Umbria.

Louisa was very friendly and kind, and the room was quite large. The Wi-Fi was great, the kitchen was nice, and the pool area was lovely and peaceful. The location worked well, very close to Assisi and the highway. For me, though, it didn't feel like an authentic agriturismo. That kind of experience matters to me, and I've stayed in other places that felt more authentic. I think this suits families better than couples. Breakfast was very basic and could be better, and the shower wasn't great.

The rooms were lovely, spacious, air-conditioned, and very clean, and the pool and outdoor area were great. Luisa was so nice and made herself available for any questions, in person or on WhatsApp. Thanks so much, Luisa :) A few practical things could be better. The room door only opens from the outside with a key, so forgetting it inside would be a problem. Each recycling bin is locked, which made sorting rubbish uncomfortable. A sharp knife in the kitchen would also be useful.

I'm from Brazil and have stayed in places around Italy and in other countries, but nowhere has made me feel as good as this one. The comfort, the attention, the service, and the beautiful setting were all among the best I've experienced. I highly recommend it!
