The owner was attentive and really welcoming. Cannara is a handy base too, with Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio only a short drive away. It's a small house but has all the comforts you need. Highly recommended.

A quick note before booking: the apartment is on the third floor, and there's no lift. Public parking is about 50 meters away, in a regulated no-parking square. The house is right in central Cánnara, with Conad next door, a mini market downstairs and two bars on either side of the bridge over the Topino stream. It's easy to head out to Spello, Foligno, Collepino, Bevagna, Montefalco and the Menotre waterfalls. Inside, there's a big double bedroom with air conditioning, plus a living area with a sofa bed that's a great option for kids. The kitchen has a four-burner stove, sink, fridge, table and four comfortable chairs. There's also a large bathroom with a shower and a closet. Mrs. Nori was incredibly kind and helpful, and explained the home's comforts thoroughly. Just be aware the house expects absolute silence, so no noise or rowdy behavior.

Everything was spotless and the house had all the equipment we needed. The owner was kind and thoughtful, too.
