La Casa dei Tigli is a comfortable, well-kept place in the quiet Umbrian countryside by the Topino River. The apartments are cozy and furnished nicely, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Thanks to Elena and her mother for being such good hosts. We hope to come back soon and see Otto, Silvestra, and all the other lovely kittens.

The breakfast was excellent and felt authentic, and the property has a special charm from the linden trees, which add color in autumn. As someone used to the countryside, I found the B&B very well maintained, with spacious, clean rooms and a welcoming feel. Elena was attentive and kind about my needs. Its position on the plain makes it easy to reach Santa Maria d'Assisi in under five minutes and Assisi in ten. By the Topino River, it really is a peaceful place to relax. I’d recommend it for both summer and winter.

We went in October and left very satisfied. Elena provided excellent service and was keen to meet our requests. Our cozy room was well heated and included a kitchenette. The B&B La Casa dei Tigli is meticulously cared for, and its location makes it quick to visit Umbria’s attractions. Highly recommended.

Every morning, Elena’s mother brought us delicious fresh cakes and pastries, along with fruit from their garden. That warm welcome made us feel at home, and Elena was always helpful with great tips for visiting nearby villages and other places. During our Umbria holiday, we stayed at B&B La Casa dei Tigli, a quiet countryside spot around Assisi that was ideal for relaxing. Our room was very spacious, spotless, and carefully maintained, with all the comforts we needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

This was our third year here, and our 10 days were fabulous again. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and spotless; breakfast was plentiful with something for every taste. Surrounded by greenery and nature, the property is wonderfully quiet. Its location works well for visiting villages or going for walks in the woods. Elena’s warmth and hospitality make the stay extra special. It’s always hard to leave, but we’ll come back whenever we can. Thanks for making our holiday so special. N&S
