We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our host baked us a pie, brought cherries from her farm, and showed us around town. We’d booked a room with two separate beds because it was cheaper, but on arrival we were given an entire house, with a kitchen and breakfast to suit our wishes.

An especially enjoyable stay, including a visit to Canosa’s main archaeological sites. Annamaria and her husband, Ruggero, are wonderful, cultured people, and we’re grateful to them for their warm, attentive welcome. The facility was excellent and the rooms very clean. Our car broke down, so we had to stop for the night. They welcomed us at 7 PM, and the room was nice and very clean. The hostess was really helpful and let us keep using the room until 11 PM. Thanks, Grandma Lia.
