This was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever had. It was dirty and old, with no maintenance at all, dust everywhere, holes in the bed sheets, and mold in the bathroom. See the pictures. I only took a few, but there was something wrong in every corner. They said they were full, so we didn’t ask to change rooms, and there were no other hotels available. Otherwise, we would have left. The owner wasn’t welcoming either. We paid nearly 200€ for one night in winter, not during Christmas or a holiday period. My complaint is about the room, not the price. Who cares about the view when the room is like that?

The sea-facing view was fabulous, and the room was clean. The location is great, though breakfast was just OK. Check-in is at 1500 and checkout at 1000. Parking is a long way off, and you have to return the parking pass before checking out. They also wouldn't let us keep the umbrella and chairs after checkout, even though we wanted to stay at the beach longer. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

We booked the King Suite again in November 2024 for summer 2025, after spending two years of vacations in the hotel's most expensive rooftop penthouse room with a private jacuzzi. Just two days before arriving, we checked the confirmation and found we'd been put in an 18sqm Deluxe room at the same price instead. We contacted the hotel right away but couldn't reach anyone. After 24 hours they confirmed the King Suite no longer existed, saying it had been divided up and we'd get a small, single room without a jacuzzi. We had to cancel, and they still charged us for one night because it was a last minute cancellation. After all the time and money we'd spent there, they didn't tell us in time, were unhelpful and dismissive, and didn't even offer a discount. It felt unfair and unacceptable. If you still book here, expect a slow elevator, poor Wi-Fi, a boring breakfast, and parking 1.5km away on foot. Definitely not recommended.

The beach is right there, and the rooms are modern, though small. It's one of the best hotels in Caorle, and I get the impression the staff know that, because they seem to have stopped trying.

The breakfast buffet was nice, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we could store our bikes safely. The hotel is right on the beach and close to the city centre. Very nice, modern place. I'd come back.
