At Condominio Holiday "D", we were robbed after the first day. Someone let themselves into the sixth-floor apartment with a key and took all the cash they found. We never imagined someone would go into an apartment and take our valuables. A week's holiday ended after just two days. The agency offered to change the locks and let us stay longer, but we no longer trusted the place and left. They wouldn't give us a refund. Their final offer was that, if they could get payment for the remaining days, they would transfer some of the money. I've vacationed in Porto Santa Margherita several times and never had this happen before. Unfortunately, things here have changed for the worse in recent years.

The price worked well for us, especially with this location. The apartments sit right on the promenade in Porto Santa Margherita di Carole, near shops and the public beach, and there’s a pool with a separate children’s section. Ours had good equipment, a big terrace, and air conditioning available for an extra charge if requested. The rooms and building are older and more worn, but that didn’t bother us given the good value and spot.
