The location worked really well for us. The hotel is close to beautiful nature, with horses right beside it, and about a 25-minute drive from Bibione, Caorle, or Lignano. From nearby Velle Vecchia, you can also take a boat to the center of Bibione or Caorle. For the beach, there's a special discount on parking at Brussa, which is away from the city bustle and only a five-minute drive. We were a family with a 3-year-old, and they gave us excursion tips. Andrea was already sending us lots of helpful advice on WhatsApp before we arrived, and bicycles with a child seat were prepared for us, though we got too busy to use them. The place has been fully renovated, facade included, and looks even better than the photos. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the owner and Andreja (the receptionist) greeted us warmly and showed us to our room. Entering by code and retrieving keys from the locker was very handy. Our room was lovely, spotless, had a safe and balcony, and they made the bed every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Access to a shared refrigerator was convenient, and there was a coffee and drink vending machine in the hallway. Breakfast was basic but delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bottled water. The owner even made a donut for our child each day. There was something for everyone and we always left full. We enjoyed taking our very delicious coffee out to the terrace and sitting in the pleasant shade. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything!

We tried dinner here for the first time this evening. The fritto misto with vegetables was very good, fried with gluten-free rice flour, and had calamari, prawns, cuttlefish, scampi, scallops, and plenty of cod. It was fried well and dry. We also had spaghetti carbonara, which was good, and spaghetti with squid ink. That one was perhaps a little dry, but still tasty and full of flavor. After that came a slice of roast beef with arugula and parmesan. I noticed some beautiful-looking pizzas, so we'll come back to try them. I recommend it.

Friday, October 31, 2025, we had an excellent tasting dinner themed around "Porcini Mushrooms." Each dish came with a very good wine. Compliments to Chef Manuel and the whole staff. It felt family-friendly and welcoming.
