Hotel Principe

The hotel felt like a four-star place, with clean rooms, effective air-conditioning and a nice sea view from the balcony. The pool and jacuzzi were also very good, and breakfast in the lovely restaurant was great. The beach is right outside, and renting bikes at the hotel was handy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the kind receptionist and all the staff.

My husband and I stayed here last July. We could only book one night because there wasn't any more availability, but I can't recommend the place enough. The food, room and swimming pool were all amazing, and we loved the beach bar and its nice menu. A big thank you to all the staff for being so polite and friendly. I can't remember the receptionist's name, but she was the best! I hope we get to come back someday ❤️

The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel is perfectly placed by the beach. There are lots of sunbeds and chairs at the pool, and free bike hire makes it easy to get to the city centre. Definitely somewhere I’d visit again.

We stayed for a week in late August as a couple with children. The rooms and shared areas were spotless, and the staff were polite, quick and attentive. They’re good with children too. The furniture and curtains have that classic "Italian Summer Holiday Chic" feel :D Breakfast had pretty much everything: cereals, different breads and cakes, sausages, bacon, cheese, fruit, scrambled eggs, spicy strudels, coffee, tea and juice. There’s a heated pool behind the hotel, which is nice, though there’s no area for younger kids, just a large deep section and a whirlpool. The hotel sits right by Spiaggia di Levante, and the city centre is about a 15-minute walk. There’s no parking at the hotel itself, but two locked parking lots are free and around a 10-minute walk away. The price was exorbitant: nearly 2000€ for six nights with breakfast only. Since Covid and Ukraine, prices have shot up, and a few years ago this stay would have cost less than half. I suppose it’s the same at all the hotels. The big drawback was the poor soundproofing. You could hear EVERYTHING the neighbours did, so falling asleep before midnight was hardly possible. A room on the top floor might be better. All in all, we had a good family holiday.
