The breakfast, served at hotel Parigi, was excellent, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The location is good too, though a little way from the center. Free bikes made that no problem. But I wouldn't book a room with a side sea view again. Ours felt like a box: hardly any daylight apart from through the balcony door, which you couldn't even see from the bed. The tiny balcony had room for just one chair and faced the neighboring hotel's wall. We only used the room to sleep, since it wasn't somewhere to relax during the day. There was no kettle, and although we were told one would be arranged, it never came up again. For the price, it didn't feel worth it.

The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever something came up. The hotel was very clean, and the food tasted great. Thanks for a really good stay.

The accommodation looked quite appealing, which made the booking experience disappointing. I first found it on Booking.com and emailed the hotel with a few questions about the rooms. They said Booking.com would cost about 20% more than booking directly. Later, though, the price they offered me was around €150 above the Booking.com rate. When I went back to book through Booking.com, that offer had suddenly disappeared. The conflicting information and pricing left the whole thing feeling opaque.

Being right by the beach is a real plus, and the room and bathroom were clean and a decent size. Still, the building facade and rooms could do with renovation. We booked a partial sea-view room, but its balcony was so small only one person could sit there. The sea-view rooms had much larger balconies, and a note in the room description would have helped us choose. The walls are also very thin: on our second night, we hardly slept because we could hear the man next door snoring loudly.
