Hotel Souvenir

We only meant to stop briefly in Caorle, but came across this hotel by chance and spent a night. The sea is just steps away, and the place feels welcoming as soon as you arrive at reception. Our room was clean and breakfast had lots of choice. A special mention to the owners, especially Mirka, who was kind, helpful, and always smiling. You can feel how much they care about their work, and it really has a homely feel. Denis and Silvia from Verona

The staff were positive, but the owners made us uncomfortable just by being there. I asked for a blanket because the bed only had a sheet, and was told, “If I bring you the blanket, I’ll turn off the air conditioning.” The service offered wasn’t worth the price. A terrible experience.

The rooms were spotless, and the hotel and owners were very welcoming. I’d recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon.

The location was the only good thing. Fortunately, we stayed just one night. The room smelled awful, especially the bathroom. They tried to mask it with lavender perfume, which made it worse. The faucet kept dripping and broke completely the first time we used it because it was “rotten.” All four of us had to brush our teeth at the bidet. The bathroom floor was always wet too, since the showerhead leaked and there was no shower tray or side panels. We had to hang up towels to manage.
