We could park the car in the garage, and the room had both a small fridge and air conditioning. There were also two beds and an umbrella waiting for us at the beach. The room was spotless, nicely decorated with a sea theme, and the service from the lovely, polite people was fantastic. The location is convenient for the beach and city center. It felt like visiting a family member, and we’d happily recommend it.

We spent one night in this lovely B&B. The large, well-furnished room and the new, very clean bathroom made for a comfortable stay. It’s a quiet spot very close to the historic center and Levante Beach. Mrs. Marzia was kind and attentive to what her guests needed. Recommended.

Enrico was the highlight for us: attentive and sincere with his guests, but never intrusive. The house also gave us a lovely taste of genuine Italian life. We had a peaceful stay on a quiet street, with the center and beach just a few minutes away. Our room came with its own beach umbrella and loungers, and the weekly market was only two minutes away. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The windows kept out noise, and the air conditioning was quiet. Sometimes we didn’t even need to switch it on during the day because trees around the house gave shade from every direction. Breakfast was plentiful. My wife and our two now-adult children wanted a North Adriatic coast destination nearby, but not just the usual hotel, promenade, and beach routine. We picked Caorle and didn’t regret it. Its little streets and colorful houses won us over. We simply loved staying here.

The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful, perhaps a little salty for my taste. It’s a villa just steps from the center and especially convenient for transport: the central bus station is no more than 50 meters away, with buses to places around the region, including the airport and Venice train station. The rooms and shared spaces are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. In the room there’s a TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and ironing facilities. The private bathroom has a large enclosed shower and the comforts you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. Smoking isn’t allowed indoors, but there are large outdoor areas set up for smokers. A high-end B&B, recommended.

Mr. Silvestro gave us such a warm welcome, and we had a great two-night stay. The room was very clean, breakfast was generous, and it’s just three minutes from both the center and the sea. We’ll definitely return! Alessandro and Anastasia
