The room was nice and clean, and it was handy to have an elevator down to the underground parking. Being able to walk straight to the beach in a swimsuit was a really nice part of the stay. Breakfast was fine for a 3-star hotel, and I liked the croissants and coffee. The staff were friendly, but giving directions isn't their strong point, and they didn't suggest many options to hungry travelers arriving at 14:00. The shower was frustrating because water spread across the whole bathroom floor. All in all, though, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks!

When we ran into a major problem, Mrs.Ewa at the reception was so supportive. She’s a really kind, helpful and accommodating person. Thank you so much.

The service was good, but the management was awful. Next time we’ll go to Touring hotel instead.

It’s a beautiful hotel, though getting to the centre from there is a long way.

The management was terrible. I won’t be going back.
